Biodegradable water-based form release concentrate
Bio-Strip WB Concentrate is a 100% biodegradable, chemical release agent emulsion concentrate. When diluted properly with water (4 to 1), it provides an effective release, making it ideal for environmentally sensitive areas like bridge formwork over rivers or potable water reservoirs. It ensures easy release from various surfaces such as wood, steel, aluminum, and elastomeric liners, leaving a bondable architectural concrete surface.

Application
For optimal results, Bio-Strip WB Concentrate should be diluted and mixed properly, then applied with a sprayer, brush, or roller in a thin, uniform film to a clean form surface. The most effective method is spray application. Avoid ponding or puddling. Specific application rates vary by material:
- Steel, Plastic, Fiberglass: 1,500 sq ft/gal
- Aluminum, HDO Plywood: 1,500 sq ft/gal
- Elastomeric Form Liners: 1,500 sq ft/gal
- MDO Plywood: 1,000 sq ft/gal
- Urethane Coated Plywood: 1,000 sq ft/gal
- Coated Paper Forms: 1,000 sq ft/gal
- Dimensional Lumber: 750 sq ft/gal
- Rough Sawn Lumber: 750 sq ft/gal
- Striated Plywood: 750 sq ft/gal
Mixing Instructions: Stir slowly and thoroughly before each use using slow-speed mixing equipment. Dilute with 4 parts clean, potable water to 1 part concentrate. Mix well before every use.
Packaging
Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
One year from the date of manufacture, when stored in the original tightly closed containers.
