25% solids solvent-based cure & seal
Cure & Seal 25 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer designed for curing, sealing, hardening, and dustproofing both freshly placed concrete and enhancing the durability of aged concrete surfaces.

- Will not inhibit the adhesion of secondary toppings
- Actual VOC = 0 g/l, odorless
- Does not alter natural color of aggregate or concrete
- Economical and ready-to-use
- Helps seal concrete against acids, oils, greases, salts, and tire marks
Application
- Ready-to-use formula; do not dilute.
- Best applied with a sprayer or roller for uniform, thin coverage.
- Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy coat, avoiding puddles.
- For new concrete, apply Cure & Seal 25 once surface water has evaporated and without marring the concrete. For enhanced finishing and protection, a second coat is recommended at 400 sq ft/gal.
Packaging
Available in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
Maintains a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly closed containers, free from contamination.
Coverage
Coverage rates vary depending on the application:
- Curing: 300-400 sq ft/gal
- Dustproofing and Sealing: 400-600 sq ft/gal
- Aged Concrete: 400-600 sq ft/gal
- For dustproofing and sealing, apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal, doubling the rate on broom or rough-finished surfaces.
Standards
- Complies with ASTM C1315 Class A and ASTM C309, Type 1, Classes A&B.
- Meets EPA limits for VOC emissions (< 700 g/L) and is USDA accepted.
