Cure & Seal 30 is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer specifically engineered to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof both freshly placed and aged concrete surfaces. It is designed to enhance the durability and wearability of concrete and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Application
- New Concrete: Apply after the surface water has evaporated and the surface can tolerate light traffic without damage. Apply uniformly and add a second coat for enhanced protection once the first has dried completely.
- Existing Concrete: Surfaces must be clean, dry or slightly damp, and free from stains, oils, and incompatible coatings. Treatment revitalizes surfaces, making them brighter and easier to maintain.
- Coverage Rates:
- Curing: 300 – 400 sq ft/gal
- Dustproofing and Sealing: 400 – 600 sq ft/gal
- Apply two coats at 500 sq ft/gal for optimal results. Double the coverage rate on broom or rough-finished concrete.
Packaging
Available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
Shelf Life
Two years from the date of manufacture when stored properly in original, tightly sealed containers. Keep free from water, dirt, or other contaminants.
