Economical, low VOC, solvent-based cure & seal
Cure & Seal EX is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing acrylic polymer engineered to cure, seal, harden, and dustproof freshly placed concrete, enhancing the wearability and durability of both new and aged concrete surfaces. It is specifically formulated to offer fast-drying, solvent-based performance with VOC compliance across multiple regions including OTC/LADCO/MRPO regions and Canada.

Application
- New Concrete: Apply after the surface water has evaporated and without marking the concrete. Apply uniformly and consider a second coat for enhanced protection and finish.
- Existing Concrete: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, or damp, free from oil, grease, and incompatible coatings. This treatment revitalizes surfaces making them easier to maintain.
- Coverage Rates:
- Curing: 200 – 400 sq ft/gal.
- Dustproofing and Sealing: 400 – 600 sq ft/gal.
- Coverage may vary based on surface porosity and conditions.
Packaging
Available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
Shelf Life
Two years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly sealed containers.
Standards
- VOC content below 350 g/l.
- Complies with Federal AIM rule and regional VOC requirements.
- Meets ASTM C 309, Type 1, Classes A & B.
