Water-based architectural form release agent
Dry-Deck WB forms a durable, clear, waxy film on concrete surfaces, facilitating quick, easy release and resulting in a smooth, architectural finish. This product is environmentally friendly and designed to meet strict VOC compliance standards, featuring low odor and a non-staining formulation.

Application
- Apply Dry-Deck WB with an atomizing or misting spray tip to achieve a thin, uniform film. This method enhances product performance and efficiency.
- Specific application rates are 2000 sq ft/gal for non-porous forming surfaces such as steel, plastic, fiberglass, conditioned aluminum, HDO plywood, and elastomeric liners.
- Avoid over-application as it does not enhance performance and may lead to dusting. Prevent ponding or puddling.
- Remove excess material or puddles with a squeegee and absorbent rags.
Mixing Instructions:
- Stir slowly and thoroughly before each use with slow speed mixing equipment.
Packaging
Available in 275-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and 5-gallon pails.
Shelf Life
One year from the date of manufacture when stored in the original tightly closed containers.
Standards
- Meets specifications of Corps of Engineers CEGS-03300, Section 10.8 Form Coating and Navy Dock and Piers 56359.
- Complies with national EPA VOC requirements.
Cleaning
Application equipment can be cleaned with water.
