SpecSilane 100
100% solids VOC-compliant penetrating silane sealer
SpecSilane 100 is a 100% solids, 100% reactive silane sealer designed for both interior and exterior above-grade concrete or masonry surfaces. It penetrates surfaces to bond directly with the substrate, providing high resistance to moisture and salt. This product is especially effective against the corrosive effects of de-icing salts, moisture, and weathering, helping to prevent spalling and deterioration of concrete structures.

Application
- New Concrete: Must be cured for at least 28 days and free from curing residues, dust, and contaminants. The surface should be absorptive to ensure effective penetration.
- Equipment: Can be applied using a roller, brush, or low-pressure sprayer.
- Coverage: Apply uniformly; excessively porous surfaces may require a second, “wet on wet” coat. Distribute evenly and avoid puddling.
- Old Concrete and Masonry: Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove any previous sealers or contaminants. Ensure the substrate is absorptive.
Packaging
- Available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
Shelf Life
- Store in sealed containers in a clean, dry area between 45-85°F. The shelf life is 12 months in unopened containers.
