Slatersville Village Bridge & SC Multipurpose Grout

SpecChem had the pleasure of teaming up with Don Voghel, from MIG Corporation, Angelo Scola with inTerra Innovations, and Tom McCadden from the local Cranston, Rhode Island HD Supply AH Harris White Cap branch to work on a unique project this summer.

inTerra Innovations installed 75 yards of our non-shrink, non-metallic, cement-based SC Multipurpose Grout, in part due to its excellent pumpability, to set a new precast deck on the Slatersville Village Bridge, an existing stone arch bridge in North Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Our cement-based, high performance, non-shrink grouts are developed to provide strength and durability in a variety of specialty applications. From general, high-strength,
multi-purpose grouting to flowable, non-shrink, precision applications; from metallic grouts to pumpable, wash-out resistant grouts designed for underwater use, SpecChem has a grout formulated to exceed ASTM and CRD standards.
